Since its opening in 1958 the Jalta hotel Prague has always been one of Prague's premier hotels and a favourite venue for both local residents and visitors to the city. Designed by a famous local architect Antonin Tenzer and classified as a cultural monument, the hotel has recently undergone a major refurbishment and offers guests the standards and services of an international five stars hotel.

Jalta Restaurant - First class hotel restaurant offers traditional Bohemian and international cuisine as well as Japanese specialities a la carte in an elegant and quiet milieu. Daily from 12.00 a.m. till 3.00 p.m. and from 6.00 p.m. till 11.00 p.m. Buffet breakfast is served from 6.30 a.m. (buffet includes also Japanese breakfast) Teppanyaki restaurant - Teppanyaki, the pride of Japanese cuisine is provided at the Jalta Restaurant by the teppanyaki chef who is cooking on the grill table directly in front of guests. High quality of gastronomy is guaranteed by the experts from Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
